Fairly stupid of Harley, it appears. Like Ford with LTDs and the up to 90's Chevy Caprice / Impala with full chassis. Vehicles like that could be used by LEO agencies then sold to public at auction a few years later. The individual LEOs could be given first preference with X% discount. They EARN that. BUT, Nooooo. They want disposable vehicles now. That is a great scoot for grocery / hardware getting and in-the-neighborhood riding. An old retired guy like me could dump the expensive on insurance car too.
