Sounds like you have no idea what way you should smoke if you want the most effectiveness from your herbs. Sure blunts are cool, if you're in a car or want to use 3 times as much herb for the same effect as smoking out of a bong/vaporizer or even a normal bowl.

I can get pretty anxious here and there after I smoke, especially if it's from a bong or bubbler. But it generally doesn't bug me when I smoke from a joint.I have a feeling that its the speed of the high that makes me anxious--when I smoke a joint it's a slower come on and I ease into it. I used to be able smoke nearly a gram in one hit. I quite for 8 months to join the military (urine test), and when I decided to not joint, I bought an 8th. After having not smoked for 8 months I smoked too much and had a bad panic attack. It was after that that weed began to give me anxiety. Just the knowldge and experience of what a panic attack is like and that I could have one from weed made me think about it every time I smoked.
