The Loomis method relies alot on arbitrary placement of: the 2nd circle, the jaw line, the lenght of the nose, the mouth. So, after 200 attempts, I measure everything with a scale divider. Good drawing BTW.

What hardness/softness pencils do you usually use? Thank you.
I usually use a combination of 2H and 2B pencils for my drawings.
2H pencil: I use this for light lines, outlines, and initial sketches. It helps me build a light foundation without smudging easily.
2B pencil: I use this for shading, adding darker tones, and creating richer contrasts. It allows me to create smoother gradients and deeper shadows.
