Even gift wrapping challenged me can do these! Now to get some pretty cloths... What I love about using bojagi is that it’s a lovely way to share a beautiful piece of cloth that can continue to be passed along for other gifts or be used in other decorative and functional ways.
Bojagis can be kept for generations. I still have bojagis that I received from my mother-in-law when I got married. I use them for only special occasions like when I need to wrap a wedding gift.
Beautiful!
This is not only a beautiful art form but also sustainable!
WOW!!! BEAUTIFUL 💐
Thank you ! I am glad that you like it.
You can use solid color cotton cloths as well. I like to use two different colors of cotton but it still looks nice with just one as well.
So beautiful. Thank you for teaching me this art.
This is so lovely. I had no idea Koreans still used 보자기 in this modern way to wrap gifts!
Yes, I use bojagis more than paper to wrap things. I hope to share some other ways to use bojagis in the future.

So helpful (and of course beautiful), Diana! Have to add the fabrics and wrapping paper to my list of purchases the next time I come to Korea!
Yes, I would be happy to take you to my favorite bojagi stores.

How do you decide the size of the bojagi?
The size should be large enough to cover the item and leave at least 6 inches extra.
