You cannot do "whatever" you please just because you are the property owner; especially if you are a slum lord in the first place. Then violate every protection available intentionally. How about we have a noxious and nuisance in our subdivision covenants. Does excessive shooting fall under that. Especially if the other parties agree its a nuisance. How do I go about getting the shooting stopped.
Yes, excessive shooting may well be a nuisance, depending on the context and environment. Only a judge can say for sure. Unfortunately, to find out and to stop the shooting, you will need to file a suit asking for an injunction from the court. And bear in mind that the court may not completely ban all shooting, but only place reasonable limits on it. It’s an expensive process, with not guarantee of success. But if the shooting is annoying enough, it may be worth it to you.
