it's FINALLY time for our last exploration part of fontaine. sure, we still have the summer event explore livestream but it's not the same, this really closes out another chapter, another year of content! - hopefully not JUST your favourite background noise (these take SO MUCH EFFORT to edit)
for some reason i was feeling really insecure editing this, i really hope you enjoy it and it's not as bad as i made myself believe..
genshin has felt a bit weird lately because of the ongoing situation, i obviously stand with the people that are affected by it, never a fun topic to have to get into :(
it's time for me to take a small break now though! 2nd channel might still have some videos but main will be off for maybe a week? or two? the main upcoming projects are the youtube livestream as well as the event story video, other than that we are RESTING UP for natlan
we hit 321k subs today, super cool milestone as well heheh. it's been going slower and slower but I have some plans for the near future, and growth really doesn't matter that much when we have a community as great as ours c:

Omg, Exploring this was a bit easy because the sea of bygones is probably the 3rd smallest area but the amount of hidden treasure was the hard part.
it went SO fast.. but kinda nice for once to have it be nice and easy c:

Saw the discord notification and almost dropped my phone because i picked it up so aggressively to watch the video 💀
The very Roman theme for this region was very fun to immerse in. The Domus Aurea is a reference to the Golden House built by Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus. The theme of music and its evil use here is also a reference to Nero's love for the arts, so much so he forced people to watch his performances. Kinda like how the antagonist tries to force the symphony onto the mass.
i really appreciated the roman theming too!! i dont know a whole lot of specific history though, so i love you for knowing

Man watching you explore this area reminds me of how fun exploring this new area was, especially with all the cute octopus puzzles Hoyo made! I'm gonna miss underwater exploration when we go to Natlan. I'm sure the puzzles there will be innovative and fun as well, but underwater exploration had been such an enjoyable experience :')

For the chest drop thing, sometimes the drops will despawn and then respawn where they originally dropped. So it's likely the ore just respawned at the top of the mountain and then rolled down again

there’s definitely going to be more fontaine areas, at least one, because there is still that huge mountain to the west of fontaine
The other day I also completed these two regions. The 10 pulls I got from all of this were a bit underwhelming, but it is what it is. 100% map exploration achieved ❤.

I 100% it the week it released, it was so much fun as someone who doesn't do exploration that much. (100% fontaine last week,still have most nations between 60-90%, Mond is at 99.99%, can't find the last chests in the first area of the game fsr😢)

1:01:53 btw for these kinda bugs, you can enter a test run on the event compass and exit out of it. It should go back to being fine. same thing on how you would farm world bosses

I loved exploring Sea of Bygone eras and the world quest with it. It's such a pretty place with beautiful soundtrack. It has that wonder factor that I love with Genshin when they do a spectacular job in the environment sector. For me at least, exploring more "organically" without the compass is better. It lets you take in the atmosphere and walk/swim around
