I'm suffering social anxiety and I hate looking at people in public it's very debilitating please pray for me 😢
I have dealt with anxiety for almost 50 years and I finally put my trust and faith in God to help me with it and gave my life to God. Once I did that I felt a total relief and calmness. I gave my worries and anxiety to God and I feel total calmness and relaxation. All the meds that I was on did nit help me like my faith did. God bless you.

I am also suffering from socail anxiety and hate looking at people or them looking at me as I always think they think I am werid dumb and feel everyone is making fun of me laughing at me paranoid and people are nice kind helpful so I dont feel this way when I am here but I still am a bit standoffish and anti socail and was sexually abused by neighbors as a kid beat by Dad sister kids teenagers in my past called retarded by Dad and even by kids on the play ground or in grade school the regular kids picked on me verbally beat me up so that is why I am the way I was but I made it to the age I am now 68 !
