Make a similar dish and also include bacon. Interesting how the mushrooms were cut with the stalks cut lengthwise and also other additions such as sherry.

It took 12 mins to watch this video 😴 we don’t need to know how to cut chicken breasts. We don’t need to know how to cut an onion or mushrooms..I make this dish and other pasta dishes and it takes only 8mins which includes cooking the pasta, chopping ingredients and plating.
looks tasty! I make something similar. The flour is unnecessary if you use heavy cream. It will thicken on its own, and you could also use the pasta water, which has starch in it from the pasta.

I've been making it for years. I skip the parsley and top it with grated Pocatello pecorino romano. Sometimes instead of chicken, I use shrimp
