Radhabai Hospital fully huanted ... 1) I know the property very well which you have shown in thumnail 2) that Property is majorly own by one family 3)property title not clear 4)As it property not connected to huge road so the redevelopment not possible 5)since last 5year the society memeber are requesting for the major repair but its not happ yet . 6) Also ONe of the main reason the flat has been not sold as its one more family property connected to the building (bangolow) is under Enemy Property . Most of the resale flats are not worth the money as the building is a old construction and most of the society members elected siphon the funds in name of repair and the building suffers with massive leakage, as the inner pipes get corroded with time, some of them do illegal extensions and play with the structure of the building resulting in risk of celing collapse and wall collapse too. Leakages and seepages do not stop with only the flat owner working on it. The owners staying in that part should come together and work which is rarely agreed to. I would suggest you go for newly constructed building doing your due diligence. Traffic congestion around the area is also to be noted.
As Per Dr. report there are less then 10% chance for Heartattack after almost 3 year of covidshield vaccination. if you are suffering from the chest pain or getting heartattack so probably chances because of our bad habits or unhealthy food 😞...stay safe keep growing 💗
