Love that campground..something about freight trains rolling by in west Texas ...High Lonesome vibe.. The onsite community kitchen is a plus...cool place.
LOVE YOUR VIDEO! Saw Marfa segment on 60 minutes and I was like, "honey were going" I think we stayed at the Tumble In RV Park for a week before anyone asked us to pay. Cheap Sangria every night from the quickie mart, drunk on the roof of the MH. Thanks for the memory, excellent production!
Y’all better stop at a Buc-ee’s if you haven’t already. Also if you are heading to the San Antonio area try and see the Alamo/river walk. Also Fredericksburg is a great place to go eat, wine tasting and shop around at but you got to see Enchanted Rock a few miles Northeast of there. Beautiful place. Gruene in New Braunfels is a fun historic town to shop at try some wine and listen to some music. Freiheit County store, not far from there, is another great place for food and live music with a very Texas feel. A few great places to eat at I’d suggest would be Blue Bonnet Cafe in Marble Fall, Richter’s Antler Cafe in Spring Branch (My home town) Love the videos, keep ‘em coming and stay safe out in this weather! Hope y’all try a few of these spots out. I’d love to see them in the next video!
Hey Jonathon! Wow! Thanks for all of the recommendations. We drove past a Buc-ee's and it was massive. We both thought that might be something cool and when we read your comment we laughed! Dang. We might be passing one on our way out of Austin. :) Unfortunately we were hit with this big storm so we've been inside the last 5 days. Hopefully we'll get a chance to check some of these things out. Hope you're doing well!
Hey Mike!! Yea it's a nice little town that's taken a lot of care in how they design things. Great food and coffee too, and one of the clearest night skies we've seen so far on our trip :) thanks for watching! We've actually watched a couple of your videos too!
@@ONWorldTravel It looks like it. Wish we had spent more time there after watching your video. It's so funny, our paths have crossed so many times. We keep watching your videos and can't believe how many of the same destinations/vlogs we're also working on. We are way behind in publishing, but will be able to start our travel trailer vlog series this Tuesday. Hoping to publish twice a week. Thanks so much for watching. Really enjoy your videos and keep the sound effects coming. lol Cheers, Mike
Love y’all’s videos! Prepping to start vanlife 12-24 months out, want to make videos similar to your vlog style, highly entertaining! Question: do you ever get copyright claims on the music clips you use? (Rambling Man, Superfreak, etc?). I’ve gotten a claim on a 3 second snippet of a song, so I am curious how that affects your editing style and AdSense. Thanks and keep making great videos!!! Love!
Yeaaahhh! :) Glad you like them Jesse. Alaska - We hope so! Probably not in the RV though lol We just had our first experience in a freeze and I'm not sure we'd want to mess with Alaska like this... a hotel/airbnb for sure!
@@ONWorldTravel returning to the east coast from San Diego, drove thru El Paso, up I20, stopping in Stillwater. Eventually drove like 900 miles from El Paso to Texarkansas - all to get thru 1 state!
Did you go see the Marfa Lights?! They are a natural unexplained lights near Marfa. You can read all about the research done on thwm at Alpine University.
Hey Keith! We did! And unfortunately we didn't see much. Maybe we saw one red light but cant be sure lol however... we saw THE MOST INCREDIBLE night sky of our lives. The sky was crystal clear and the stars were so so bright. Have you been?
@@ONWorldTravel I’ve been and was lucky enough to see them the first time I was there. You cannot not know that those lights aren’t supposed to be there. If you have some doubt, those aren’t the lights. It almost seems like the brain can’t make sense of them. As we were leaving, one seemed to follow in the distance and made an almost instantaneous turn back opposite to where we were driving. There is no denying those lights once you have experienced them.
Of course this video begins with doltish Texas stereotypes (the opening music and rattlesnake reference). Now go back to L.A. and film palm trees and surfboards.
That is very true Michele. I was just thinking of the lower 48. If you type in the “real, true to size” world map Alaska is wayyy bigger than what they showed us in school 😂
That is one the quintessential joys of travel: finding those hidden gems that to most are just words on a map. Great video, guys!
Well said, that’s what it’s all about! Cheers!
It’s a Texas thing to wave 👋🏻🤠
it's the best!

Marfa was lit! 🔥
Marfa was way cool, can't wait for the next video....keep'em coming!! Hugs
Thanks Dad!! We love ya'll!!
Marfa is awesome. Keep safe always guys.
Thanks for supporting!! :)
I’m from Texas and never heard of it. Stumbled upon it while looking for Texas wall art 😂
Great videos!!!! These are as good if not better than any of the other travel channels on RUclips I watch. I definitely subscribed.
Wow, appreciate the really nice feedback!! Thanks for supporting! :)

The waving thing is a Rural America thing. You find that alot in Missouri, my dad does it
We loved seeing that! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome video!
Thanks Mike! Cheers!
Our first visit... you two are hilarious!
Thanks Joe, we def have fun with it 😂
You flipped over easy in a freakin pot 🤣👍😎
Haha I got skills Christopher!! Definitely messed up a few times over the years 😂
I haven’t heard! But I guess I will check it out now wow, very unique town for sure
It's definitely worth visiting! A lot of cool shops, great food, nice people, and the most incredible night sky we've ever seen! :)
Was just there about 6 weeks ago, but just passed through. Looks like a cool place to spend a little time.

Great episode. Love going off of the beaten path
Absolutely, thanks for watching! 👍🏽
I'm glad the northface sweater is coming in handy!
Thanks bro!! Yea I love that thing, it's light but does a phenomenal job at keeping me warm 🔥 it was a great gift man! 🤘🏽
Will have to check this town out!!
Most definitely! We really enjoyed it there! :)
Since your in Texas, you should definitely check out the Devils River. It's By Del Rio, TX.
Thanks Sev! We'll look into it! Hoping the sunshine comes out tomorrow lol we've had a very interesting first week here in the snow.
A great place on the way to Terlingua!
i like to watch your all video.
Thanks Abdur! :)

Gotta keep them really short, but we use non-copyrighted music 99% of the time. Cheers, have a blast living on the road!
Great video! I discovered you guys yesterday and have be binging all your travel videos 🤩
Are you guys going to travel to Alaska?
Yeaaahhh! :) Glad you like them Jesse. Alaska - We hope so! Probably not in the RV though lol We just had our first experience in a freeze and I'm not sure we'd want to mess with Alaska like this... a hotel/airbnb for sure!
Welcome back! I drove thru West Texas last November. Interesting place, glad you found a gem.
Thanks Kenny! We appreciate it. Where in west Texas? Marfa is 🙌🏽

So beautiful!! May i know which camera youre using?
Thanks Jim! We're using panasonic lumix GH5
I was in Palm Spring 3 months ago! glad you kids are back on the road be safe! Isn't Alaska the largest state?
Ah nice! How was your trip? Yes Alaska is! But everyone knows Texas as the "big state." 🤷🏼♀️ 🤪
@@ONWorldTravel I was in the Palm Springs area for work but for what it's worth, it was great! Thanks for asking, can't wait to see more adventures.
What you think of Marfa, TX?
LOVED IT. The people were friendly, you can find great food, coffee, and shopping and the stars were some of the best we've ever seen!
The Sentinel is nice, but when it rains or snows the roof leaks along the walls...
I fking loved Marfa.
❤️
Yee! 😎

Unfortunately it’s not a hidden gem anymore, everyone has discovered our small town of Marfa and the surrounding small towns.
That always ends up being the case with awesome places Tammy, hopefully it keeps its soul! All the best!
How do you find these places, love the opening and 🎶! Keep it up!
Hey! We see you on IG right? Nathan does a lot of research. He finds some really neat towns! Blogs, youtube, trip advisor, etc. :) hope that helps
Texas can fit 3 times in the state of Alaska. Texas is 2nd biggest state in America.
Hey Leon. True! But everyone knows Texas as "the big state." Thanks for your comment :)
How can you travel to Marfa and not try to see the Marfa Mystery lights that James Dean became obsessed with watching ?
Of course this video begins with doltish Texas stereotypes (the opening music and rattlesnake reference). Now go back to L.A. and film palm trees and surfboards.
Djyeah brahhh
Texas is not the biggest state. Fyi ak is
