mac and cheese recipe breakdown
16 oz bag elbow pasta boiled in chicken bouillon water (only cook to al dente)
cheese sauce:
1/2 stick salted butter fully melted then add 2 tablespoons flour. whisk.
add:
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of evaporated milk
add:
4 oz of cream cheese
8 oz gouda cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz pepper jack cheese
4 oz colby jack
2 teaspoons of each: seasoning salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper
put one layer of pasta and sauce mixture in baking dish then layer with mozzarella cheese
put second layer of pasta and sauce mixture
top with 4 oz colby jack cheese and 4 oz sharp cheddar
bake on 350 for about 25 minutes

This place is definitely good for someone getting their 1st apartment no kids single and is never home I honestly thought this place was smaller then maybe your last not sure but it’s definitely time to upgrade to a bigger home .
