Rega is not actually called "Rayga", it is pronounced "Reega". If you don't believe me ask Roy Gandy, the 'GA' in REGA, whose company it is.

How would this TT compare to the similarly-priced rival ProJect X1???

I got a rp3 from a authorize dealer here in the Philippines, first time delivery one channel is dead I askfor a replacement, the dealer send me a replacement cartridge two channel is now working but theres defect about the cantilever, whenever you lift the tone arm from the vinyl split second you can hear a small thud sound, I report the defect to the dealer, the dealer told me as long its working just ignore it( the defect I’m complaining), is that a company policy?

I am not sure what the policy would be for your local dealer, but I can tell you that we would take care of any issues like that for our customers no questions asked. Sorry you had a bad experience!

Which dac would you recommend for the IO? (JBL Studio 230 speakers)

We personally demo'd it with the Musical Fidelity MX-DAC, but the Chord DACs that we just got in work great as well.

Everything is so budget and not reliable, in this vinyl. Where are 15 kg of aluminum and a natural wood table?

You can certainly find that in their higher end turntables, or the Pro-Ject Xtension line!
