There's a difference between Punjab Pre & Post 1971.. Current Punjab likes taking credit when Pakistan, Himachal,Haryana everything was combined.. Pre 1971 1) Green revolution(1960's) 2) Indian independence movement.(1947) 3) Defence recruitment by British 4) Ranjit Singh 5) rise of Sikhism in Punjab. POST 1971. 1) terrorism 2) illegal migration 3)drug menace 4) sacrilege issues 5) religious conversion. Current Punjab was made after trifurcation,1971-72.. Even the rivers, are 3 not 5.. It should be called Tri-Jab instead of Punjab..

I still found the issues in language of interview. I think the language should be pre decided with the guest. If the guest is comfortable in Hindi , Punjabi or English. Mixing all the languages make it complicated for the person asking the questions and the person answering the questions.
Punjab need strong leader struct decisions. He will mot commit. They are playing cheap politics. Work for 5 years and take strong and hard decisions . No intention. Vote politics.
BJP doesn't hate Punjab. Some International anti India forces hate BJP ,as its curbing their flow money out of India as compared what it was. They are misusing punjabis people name to create ruckus in the country.
