Yes you can easily go to Kargil war memorial from Sonmarg and back to Srinagar if you leave early morning around 7-8 AM Only you need to confirm if the road is open or not..and that you can to confirm at that time only Hope this helps 😊

Near Zozila pass now roads are much better...you will not find any significant issue while driving any car or bike..

Yes... Srinagar se Leh ke liye bus jati hai morning mein Jo usually Kargil sham ko pahunchti hai aur Kargil mein overnight stay krti hai...
