If the consumer is pulling back, and everything is going on the credit card, with people working 2 jobs just to make it, there is no way this can continue to be sustainable. The consumer eventually fails, and eventually, businesses follow. I really don’t see how we avoid a recession. The biggest reason why it didn’t happen yet is due to the chips act and the inflation reduction act which has the government spending trillions.
