Thanks…. I am a single dad moving to Arizona with a 5yr old son. You have done and excellent job of breaking down what each city has to offer and made my choices more simple. I can’t say thank you enough!

Awesome video appreciate it I lived in Chandler for two months had to come back to New Jersey looking forward to getting back to Arizona love it spending the rest of my life there God willing thank you thank you thank you 🙏
Great video had a lot of good notes after listening to it as a potential future Arizonan and I wanted to get as much information as possible and this video was definitely helpful.
HI LucienPolanco, thanks for watching! While I don't have a full video on just rural areas, I do have numerous city tours of more rural areas as well as a new video on the Best 10 Places to live in Phoenix. One of the towns I mention is Queen Creek which is much more rural than most other towns in Arizona. No real highway systems, but still easy to commute around and still plenty going on in the area. I also have videos on Buckeye which is along the outer skirts of Phoenix. Some areas are a little more rural out there as they are still growing. You also have San Tan Valley and Gold Canyon to name a few! I don't have a video on this area, but Arizona City and Tonopah could also be good options if you're looking for rural areas while still getting a decent amount of land. If you have any other questions or want to talk more specifically about any of these areas, please don't hesitate to call, email or schedule a zoom with me! I'm happy to help in any way that I can!
Hi Rohit thanks for watching and supporting our channel! I really like the Laveen area and it can be good for a 1st time home buyer, but it really depends on what you're looking for! It's a little more out of the hustle and bustle, but it's a quick commute to Downtown Phoenix and other parts of the Valley. If you want more information on living in Laveen or other parts of Phoenix, feel free to reach out to me through email or phone! We'd love to have you talk with one of our Real Estate Advisors and set up a possible home search for you!
For those looking for a 55 over commentary I would consider Sun Lakes. My mom had a place there and I stayed with her as she needed help. I worked in Tempe and the commute was ok. It was cheaper than Sun City. Chandler had great restaurants. I left the area in 2013. I have a friend that chose to buy in Queen Creek and they like it there. My sister lived near Scottsdale and loved that area.
Chastity, great question... a lot of the areas one may consider good are also good to rent as well. It truly depends what you value the most? Schools? Rental Price? Safety? Convenience? Based on that will depend how we may advise you. But rent has increased over the last 5 years in Phoenix about 60% so although prices of homes have increased, rent also has. Let us know how we can help!
It depends on what area of Avondale. I’m just not a huge fan of the older southern part of Avondale. But the parts that were developed in our last housing boom around 2005 or newer are a good areas… they are a good value play area.
Long story short my wife and I are moving from Michigan in September to December of this year and are trying to decide between LV and Phoenix. We are coming out this weekend for 4-5 day to drive some neighborhoods in both states to try and decide which is a better fit. My wife and I both work remotely so we are very open to many areas. We can't start working with a realtor until my wifes relocation package starts but until then, Is there a particular way you would suggest driving areas of the greater Phoenix area to see as much as possible in 2 days? Appreciate your help.
I hope your trip out here with you wife was nothing short but amazing! Let me know your thoughts. Is there anything for that we could help with? We would love to help you find the right property to get into. My cell phone number is 480-227-2028!
My favorite areas of The Phoenix metro area are in North Scottsdale (Grayhawk and Troon), Kierland, Cave Creek, Carefree, Biltmore area/Camelback East, and Arcadia. I'm not a huge fan of the East Valley, but it's not that bad...just kind of boring. Phoenix metro is a much better place than people give it credit for.
Thank you Marc for your comments! I agree in that the entire Northeast Valley is just flat-out tough to beat. Yes and Phoenix metro has come a long ways over the past decade or two as the urban redevelopment in most places is very good.
Arcadia has roof rats, LOTS of huge rats that eat the citrus fruit on trees in people's yards and live on roofs of houses and sometimes get inside. AVOID!
Anthem is a great community with plenty to offer! I really like how they developed the community to be family friendly - with plenty of amenities, and even the HOA is still doable for what they offer too! Reach out to us with any other questions please! (kelly@kellycookhomes.com)
Hello Mario, Goodyear didn't make our top 10 in the state of Arizona, yet Goodyear is skyrocketing up this list with everything going on there. We'd be happy to make a video about Goodyear soon!

Thats a good question, it depends on what factors are contributing to your next apartment. Right now, Chandler will be on the higher side of cost of living than Gilbert and there is more development. If you are looking for an area with less traffic and more simple, than Gilbert is the right move for you!

Mesa and Glendale are the worth cities to live there
I appreciate you’re opinion on these cities. All of the different opinions is what makes this channel so great!
Green Grass

Where would you move in Europe? Maybe vacation?
Prescott is pronounced PressCUT. Arizonans know this.
Thank you Charity!!
He missed the 2nd or 3rd best. He is obviously badly uninformed. Fountain Hills is inarguably in the top 2 or 3.
