    Great video! But I´m wondering why is copper not talked about. And why is copper not a part of the treating protocols for covid.

    Exercise is something I really need to make a priority. I hardly ever do it. 😊

      Definitely helps enhance immunity. Just make sure you are supporting glutathione when exercising as you can consume 80% of your glutatione within a 30-60 minute workout.
