How to Replace a Leaking superatv Portal Box Seal on a RZR

Quick video I did while replacing the oil seal on Gen3 Superatv GDP 4" 30% boxes. This is on my 2014 Polaris XP 1000. There was enough room for 2 seals to fit side by side so that's what I did. Torque on the spindle is at least 300 ft lbs. Seal size is 40x52x7mm

Great video. Idk how you got the second seal to stay in place. I just tried it and the second seal kept popping out. I tried putting RTX gasket maker on the outside of the seal and it still wouldn’t stay. I hope the one seal that’s way up in there holds up for me LOL.

Thanks, you might have a different thickness of seal.

No issues and still no leaks
