Sorry I somehow missed this one! What a lovely rainforest trail. Alaska is stunning! This looks like a great excursion option for your cruise. Such beautiful trails. And you got to see a bald eagle! So close too!! Wow that's incredible - I agree, they are so majestic! Much better than a turkey haha! So cool to try those berries. Lovely port too. That sunset is AMAZING!! Wow. Can't wait to see all the rest of your adventures back. Fantastic as always :)

Y'all weren't having much success seeing bears on this trip across the country. We have only seen a live bear outside a zoo in person once - it ran across a four lane road we were driving on like 30 feet in front of us. That is as close as we ever want to get to a bear. I would much rather see the bald eagle. Ketchican looks beautiful. We have friends at church who lived in Ketchikan and they are always telling us what an awesome place it was to live. We will have to check it out some day. Thanks for sharing your Alaska excursion with us!

    Miss adventure are out there
Remarkable capturing of the American Bald Eagle! As everybody knows, it is a symbol of freedom, strength, and courage.
Certainly its appearance makes us think so. The first time I watched American Bald Eagles in the wild was a visit to WA, especially San Juan Island. It is breathtaking, isn't it? It is a huge bird even though considering 7 hrs sitting in the nest with parents' birds.
I thank you very much for this wild guided tour. Alaska has been on my bucket list. It is nice to learn your experience.
Do you know the best season seeing wild bears? Grizzly? May be the location???
I am very happy for you all who could experience this wild encounter. Well done Miss Adventure are out there.
hahah Don't miss driving in the sea. Your sons would love it!hahahah
