- Great hotel, but dont forget there are like 6 hotels in one place and area is huge.
If you love sea food - that is place for you, as we had lobsters 3 times in 2weeks and shrimps like every day. But otherwise lots of choices as well.
If you love latino music and dancing - thats place just for you as well :)
For me only beach was too small and very crowded with sun loungers and check out took sooo long as 1 person working at 12pm when so many people want to check out and some people check-in already and other customers got other queries. Not sure what that express check out mean (we did on the phone app) but was nobody at that express check out desk and we waited at least an hour.

My hubby and I stayed at the luxury ambar and it was amazing. Everything was clean, tidy no mess at all. Our room was stunning not to mention massive. We will go back at some point x

Hello :) yes, hair dryers definitely in the room. Shampoo conditioner and other toiletries as well there. As per some recent people comments I know that lots of things changed like food wise. But I was there exactly one year ago and everything like in my video was there. Have a good holiday ;)

Yes, all hotels in the same area. At first was confusion as huge area. You need to go to your hotel's restaurant to eat breakfast/dinner. But a la carte restaurants all hotels sharing but you need to book in advance. And any pool area you can use :)

You need to check with your travel agent and direct with hotel as we went from UK with TUI for 2weeks

I would never recommend this hotel, bad service, the buffet food is terrible, there are 6 restaurants, but you can only go to two or 3 depending on the days of your stay. Maybe it was a good hotel in the past, but now it's crap, and with all the guests I spoke to, they felt the same as me.

Just spent a week here. !! NOT ALL INCLISIVE!! only their own brand of alcohol is included! Wich is cheap and garbage
Regular alcohol is NOT included! U have to pay for drinks. It was such a disappointment ! Food was ok but NOTHING SPECIAL compared to better resorts, lots of things are like ordered from microwaveable food sources. Management changed we stayed here 7years ago and it wasn’t the same. Service is not good. I practically had to argue with bartenders in the pool to get a tiny cheap drink. Very few selection of their cheap drinks in the pool anyway. My room had a few things not working and the engineer came like two days later. First night I waited to 3 hours and they never came. Waiters are very helpful. Management did nothing about issues they just pretend to care and do nothing. Roaches everywhere at night. The place looks good but everything else is shit. The best pool by the pool was under construction and the beach area was awful. Lots of jack hammering sand was slanted can fall easily and it was the only hotel in the area that didn’t clean the seaweed. Water was like mud. New management really messed this place up.

i just was there for almost a week the place is a total mess management is not for the clients
i don’t recommend this or any other bahia principe a total mess i been there many of times the was my worse stay
