These scripts are called serversided scripts which means other people can see the script and they're pretty much exploits. But, she is making her own copies like you said and then executing them into the console or whatever (when you press f9)

Till this day, it remains there on my main account kaktyc198419. I don't know how to prove this, but I can atleast say that there was no sound, just the smile.

48:00 i know how they do this. So there is a service in the code that roblox uses called localisation service which can get the country region of a specific player. All they do is make it so that the text above the head is equal to the player region.
