Fergus McCann arrived in Glasgow and paid off the debt owed to the bank, at that point Celtic were not owned by Fergus McCann. After days of negotiations Fergus McCann began owner of Celtic FC. NO LIQUIDATION.

I've never been afraid to walk about anywhere with my Celtic top on except on match day but, that's the same for any derby.
