@@brianbass2368 You can normally with KIA's system, but on the day of the filming of this video it only gave me the fastest. But from memory it can also offer the most economical and also the shortest (remember, shortest isn't necessarily the quickest). However, the lack of options could be to do with the fact the live services were not active. Thanks for watching Brian.
Hi! It is nice that you found the 3D view for sat nav. I would personally turn off the "road details" option to have the road view on full screen (do not confuse with split screen Nav/Radio for example). What is also nice is that it shows you close up and detailed view on some cross roads to give you better idea which lane you should stick to. It also handles speed limit signs well, either read from its database or picked by front camera. As someone mentioned it comes to live when connected to a phone by wire and fed by its internet connection. I wish this could be done by Bluetooth.
Ah, I thought that might be the case, although that does seem a bit silly as I've used over systems that can display petrol stations without being connected to live services. Thanks for watching Karsten.

You can choose between shortest or fastest route offline. And selelct which type og roads to use/avoid.
As per usual a first class review, with a bit of humour added.keep up the good work. And continue the good work.

you don't need wires, just connect the car's satnav to your mobile phones wifi hotspot
@@BeBarnee This is actually a good tip. I didnt know the car has a wifi module. I will look that up. Cheers.
thanks for sharing this video , i look forward to the overall Video of how it drives etc, did you drive the Diesel or Petrol Version ?
Hi Chris, thanks for watching. I had the GT, so I had the 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol.
To see petrol stations and other POIs you have to be connected to Kia Connected Services via your smartphone.

@@CarObsession Totally agree. Have this car myself and it irritates me not to be able to get speed camera warnings offline. Thanks for your video.
