I think the idea is good it may work better if on mass basis and especially lower and lower middle class children involved to support their families at first stance but i think along with this a regular couse work with subjects like English Urdu History social studies islmiat and Maths will add wisdom, comprehension,relative understanding of rest of the world and to know how we can coupe with our weaknesses In my view spot learning like graphic designing or any other single IT skill wont be of much help anyway this experiment may be followed carefully and changes when and where required may be for a better and wiser results
