As someone who went through Hurricane Ian, my heart goes out to our friends in Lahaina. You have no idea the impact you are making in their lives after such devastation. Many times, after a natural disaster, people forget that once the media coverage stops, there are still people who are struggling months and years afterwards. Thank you for not forgetting about them.

I was at my orthodontist when it came on the news and it looked so scary and I hope that everyone who was in the fire have gotten better and anyone who has lost their houses stayed safe throughout all of that

Yeah, I saw what happened over there it was tragic. It was like terrible and everything it broke my heart and think about what you saw it in person kind of scare you petty with your little children when you made it out of the safe and there’s a lot of people that didn’t, and that it breaks my heart and will like, I might have to buy some of your merch just to see it. It did break my heart and if I buy some of it make me feel better.
This Lahaina fire was so devastating. So many people were effected. Me and my family loved Lahaina. We’re happy to see that so many trees and plants are growing back green. Thank you for doing this.❤ 23:30

Seeing this really touched my heart. My grandfather, in his mid 70s lost his house in the Lahaina fires. I personally, do not live in Maui, but I was born there and visit often since I have so much family there. His house was destroyed and there is nothing left of it. He is now living in a small hut near other family, but apart from his wallet, birth certificate, and a few other items, he lost everything. For around a month, he lived with some other relatives in the area around Waikapu (sorry to any locals if I spelt that wrong). Still praying for him everyday even with the fire being months prior to this comment and video.
