Thank you, especially for the VS code stuff. if anyone wants a quicker way to install PHP itself without manually setting the PATH, you could instead first install Chocolatey, then do "choco install php" in an admin command prompt.

Can anyone help me out, I am getting this error : "Cannot validate since a PHP installation could not be found. Use the setting 'php.validate.executablePath' to configure the PHP executable."
and I didn't find php language features extension, so I couldn't disable it.
