Thanks but why didn't you start by telling us to download and install php via XAMPP in the beginning? It's confusing when we get to 2:55 and you assume we've already installed PHP
Thank you, especially for the VS code stuff. if anyone wants a quicker way to install PHP itself without manually setting the PATH, you could instead first install Chocolatey, then do "choco install php" in an admin command prompt.
Excellent. Thank you my friend! I'm attempting to learn the basics of a few languages at once as a learning exercise. There were almost 20 languages in the list, and PHP was one of the three most difficult to get up and running in a user-friendly environment. Your video was incredibly useful, and I now have PHP running natively in VS Code. You've earned yourself a like and a subscribe. Thank you!
For those who are using Windows 11 the steps are the same, but im the part of paste the path you are not going to add it to a current path, you are going to create a new thing inside the path, and then have fun
This is awesome, thanks! I should probably still download XAMPP or something but I'm just starting out and trying to learn PHP for a signup and login program and this has helped a lot.
as a new commer or what you call newbiee where can i find those file (xampp) u didnt show to us the whole process including the downloading all the requirements i need
I made your tutorial exactly but, in morning i try to open my work but theres nothing happen in my browser the result that i do is none how do i get it back?
Can anyone help me out, I am getting this error : "Cannot validate since a PHP installation could not be found. Use the setting 'php.validate.executablePath' to configure the PHP executable." and I didn't find php language features extension, so I couldn't disable it.
if we need to refresh manually on the browser, why install that ? Wampserver do the job. It's possible to refresh automaticly after saving without touching the browser ?
This is why I use Brakets to do PHP and web development - I like the auto/live refresh. Was hoping to be able to do web development in VSCode but alas - not as good as other methods atm. I think VSCode with LiveServer maybe better ?
THANK YOU FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THANK YOU!!!! I LOVE YOU !!! YOU HELPED ME A TON!!!! I LIKED, SUBSCRIBED AND TURN ON THE NOTIFICATIONS, THE ONLY THING I DID NOT DO IS TO SUCK YOU OFF BUT WE WILL GET TO THAT LATER.
Though English isn't your first language, you delivered this content with simplicity and accuracy. There's no way anyone is missing it. Thanks bro
