Pinks only needed 20 people to pay and they break even on the $10000 prize money, I know they have to pay staff and other expenses but $500 a car is way to much. 100 cars gets them 50K on top of revenue from the show and Ads. I was going to add tickets for spectators but the tracks probably claimed that and concessions. Edit: 13:18 268 cars, so pinks got 134k just from the people wanting to race
So many people in the comments making a big deal about the guy whose mom died a year ago and still needed money to pay for the funeral.if paying for the funeral was such a priority, then sell the racecar . Hell, we all have bills to pay and sometimes have to make sacrifices to do so.
