I have to replace my door check stop on my 2011 Tundra driver door behind the speaker.

That pigtail for the window switches is a bear. I also managed to break the tiny plastic arm that the door lock cable attaches to. Fortunately it’s a cheap replacement from rock auto

Do you think it's possible to connect an actual light where that reflector is at? Does it have the wiring?

No you would have to run wiring and tap in to the tail lights for the power source
