As a Silver fan i can confirm its all true although personally i loved Silvers 06 voice in the english version. Also Ono Daisuke is the official voice for Silver since 06 for Japanese.

Yeah but dragon ball and sonic has similarities for a long time. Pretty much sonic is the headghog version on goku and vegeta is shadow trunks is silver and knuckles is piccolo.
