I think that what GG means by this song is that they don't want Jessica to be sad about what happened and to not regret what happened to her. They want her to be happy and follow her dreams and not look back and remember the sad times but to remember the good times she had with GG and they are not going to do that either they are going to keep those precious years they had with each other and remember them fondly. Just yesterday night, I got the opportunity to finally see them in person...its been one of my goals and i got to fulfill it... However its a bit sad that I never had the chance to see them as nine. I enjoyed that night, I cheered and sang along with them... but I cannot deny that I've noticed the difference now. Now its a different voice singing her lines and there's a space in the choreography. Though I still can't accept it, I wont be leaving them. I don't think its for Jessica, but for the group in general. The way it reads "never going to look back" is not against Jessica. But rather, dont lose yourself chasing the past, because you will not enjoy the present. Meaning don't think of what was, but what could be. Like thinking forward towards their futures and perhaps Jessica is in that. Maybe she will never rejoin the group but they did have a friendship once upon a time. Just seeing them as friends would make me happy.
I was crying the whole time while watching this. The pain is so much. Seeing them grow together as 9 sisters and striving as one for their dream is pure bliss but seeing them right now standing in a stage where most of their memories were made with only 8 members is really making me sad (and i know the other sones are feeling the same way too) I want the girls to freely say what they are feeling right now to us, their fans. IDK if this song is for Jessica or what, but damn...this song gives me so much pain, meaning and feels. Specially at Sunny's part at bridge, for me it is the heart of this song.. You can feel the emotions of the girls.. Anyone can hear the background sound of 'I WILL ALWAYS BE HERE?" *icryariver* You can never doubt the bond, the sisterhood of GG. I don't think its for Jessica, but for the group in general. The way it reads "never going to look back" is not against Jessica. But rather, dont lose yourself chasing the past, because you will not enjoy the present. Meaning don't think of what was, but what could be. Like thinking forward towards their futures and perhaps Jessica is in that. Maybe she will never rejoin the group but they did have a friendship once upon a time. Just seeing them as friends would make me happy.

I was crying the whole time while watching this. The pain is so much. Seeing them grow together as 9 sisters and striving as one for their dream is pure bliss but seeing them right now standing in a stage where most of their memories were made with only 8 members is really making me sad (and i know the other sones are feeling the same way too) I want the girls to freely say what they are feeling right now to us, their fans. Through this song i think we already know how painful it is to them also.

this song is heartbroken... well i missed my 9girls so much. i watched and watched the mv, funniest video, variety show reality show....keep playing snsd music.... everytimes i hoped they would comeback as 9...but sometimes its just a hope... time by times day by day... my girls has growth so much.... but i keep my promise that no matter how..i will keep support my girls,,....and be a sone and golden star forever..untill my last breath ... until my white hair grow up... untill when i get older.. i will keep evertythinhg about my girls in memories. im will not gonna forget that this girls group whos is grow up with me and take my youth time. i love girls generation ot9.

She definitely sang this song. This song "girls" was together in the CMIYC album. And the CMIYC OT9 version was leaked, so from this I can already tell that they recorded this song way earlier.
