This is the only video I've seen that shows how to clear scheduled times by pressing the blue button down after setting the times to midnight. Thanks a lot 👍

This video is straight forward and easy to understand. If you have never stepped through a program to time a device then it may appear confusing but if you become fimaliar with it its easy like walking through doors or steps in a game. Cant believe people find this so hard I am 62 and I get it. It is old tech so its not click and play you actually have to apply the grey matter. Thanks for video 😊

It would be helpful if you guided when to use the various timers. Why would I eliminate timers? For a typical home user who needs hot water in the morning and evening, this is very complicated. Thanks for the cold bath!

This may still be relevant to you or may help the next person. It looks like it is not necessary to remove the timers, he is only doing so to keep things simple. If you want the geyser to go on and off 4 times a day, that is fine but it may take up more power keeping water hot throughout the day (which is why there is solar as well) so he only set up two times during the week and weekend. For your example, you may set the timer from 4 AM or at least an hour before you wake so the element can heat and then you set it off at say 10 AM or at the time the last person leaves the house. Then set the second timer to go on just before you arrive at home and set it to go off in the evening. You should also be able to manually override by holding down and releasing the red Power button. When the 3 red flames are on (not flashing) it is heating to your set temp. Note that whether it will heat enough at a certain time of day seems to depend on whether you are using solar or not. Is the pump icon suppose to be on ever ? Ours never goes on. We do not wish to use the timer functions because we want it to be heated by the son, but it only heats up when we switch the element on. please help.

Obviously designed by someone who wanted to show the world how clever they are, like the I T guys.
We just want something to do the job!! I can achieve the same result with a R400 timer & a few electrical components. Why break up into 4 zones & separate weekdays & weekends??
