Edit : *A little update on the GPS vs Non GPS segment* Upon further testing we found out that the non-GPS version actually supports ADAS (advanced driving assistance system) as well, pretty cool! So the biggest difference would between the GPS version & the non-GPS version would be tracking & recording which allows you to record your driving location and speed (Eg. View your driving route on google maps via wifi using the app) In short, you get some pretty cool advanced GPS data analytics 😎😎
@@matthewloh777 I think it really doesn't have ADAS not sure why it was mentioned. Also, right now having issues with my drive records not displaying the map correctly (using android, was told it works on apple).
@@martinmcruz i read on dashcamtalk website that someone mentioned the newer produced models of Mola N3 don't have ADAS anymore as they removed it..probably with the latest firmware upgrade (if u watch newer reviews the past year, they don't mention about ADAS) i see about the map..yeah till now i dont really know how to use that one and I'm also using an android haha
Does it support multitasking? For example, when driving a car, can I use Google Maps, Podcasts and the Dash Camera app at the same time? In other words, I can't use it like Google Maps on my iPhone while recording real time driving videos with the dashcam app?
Have you tried to give power straight to the usb c port on the camera part? Is it working? If we can turn on the camera by plug in usb c to the camera unit then we can download the video without turn on the car, just take the camera part and give power through phone charger.
Why my front camera when download or view video ,video is stuck and not smooth,it happen when i use vivo y33s..but when i use oppo A93 its okay and not happen like that..how to solve it with phone?..any help?..tq
What brand of microsd card do you recommend? I tried SanDisk 64gb Ultra and the Extreme series, both are not working/ compatible. I always get storage error prompt on the ddpai screen.
High endurance cards for sure. They are abit pricey but definitely way better in terms of reliability. Make sure you get them from an authorize reseller cus there are tons of fakes. (Lexar or sandisk) DDPAI's official shopee store are selling them here bit.ly/3dx05uZ
Does the Mola N3 Parking Mode work like a Motion Sensor when people are close to the car and turns on to record or is it turned on all the time while you are not in the car?
From what we've tested, when the car has been stationary for 15 minutes, the Gsensor will detect that the car has entered a dormant state. From there, it will start recording at 1 frame per second. (Kinda like timelapse) When a collision is detected, it would start normal recording for two minutes, and then enter dormant recording again.
We recommend the DDPAI Mini! Great budget cam for the rear, just have to make sure that the 3.5m is long enough to reach the rear of your car (which it should for most cars)

With Sr sensor, after sending the footage to the police, they saw it and they find out that, hey you are overspeed too

Yes! You can save that particular moment via the DDPAI app. Clips can be downloaded in 30 sec segments😊
