That is a difference between British English & American English.. I learned British English when I was small but I got influenced by artists from the US.. well I like both so that I can learn more vocabulary..
Not everyone in our era got access to good English learning environment in hk. We actually seldom speak English in daily life, so not many chances for practicing. I can say not many hkers speak as fluently as her.
kmy it depends, friends around me all speaks English in business proficiency. Neither one of us agreed good English gave us superior advantage in careers but a necessity.

在兩文三語的教育基礎上 香港人學習語文的速度和範圍是比較優秀的

Not everyone in our era got access to good English learning environment in hk. We actually seldom speak English in daily life, so not many chances for practicing. I can say not many hkers speak as fluently as her.
kmy it depends, friends around me all speaks English in business proficiency. Neither one of us agreed good English gave us superior advantage in careers but a necessity.
