My family is from Dauphin, and we still have a cabin 11 miles from Dauphin. The second church you visited is rarely open, but they use it sometimes. It has the most beautiful acoustics! My GreatGrandpa had mechanic shop on 1st ave north until the mid 80s. I come back every summer. One of the best restaurants is Corrinas on Memorial, get their ukrainian platter - delicious! Glad you tried it! Also, check out the Western Bakery on 2nd ave N. Very good pastries!
This is really my favourite Channel! Thanks for your nice Videos, it is very enlightening, Waiting for your latest update. Canadian Ukrainian Memorial Park
@kieran carpenter Who are you to tel me im not a ukrainian ukrainian lol, we never have service there anymore, all of that is across the street at the new church
I’m born and raised in Winnipeg. I’m not Ukrainian but my friends and everyday life had some Ukrainian aspects to it. Little did I know it was preparing me to meet the love of my life when I moved to Toronto! I met my man in Toronto he came at age 10, in 2005. I can’t wait to Take him Back Home To Manitoba
It's like a hub town for Riding Mountain National Park like Onanole in the south and like how Canmore is to Banff National Park and Hinton is to Jasper National Park.
Ukrainian chicks are hot! (tall, blonde, gorgeous blue eyes!) and and and..... Hey without Ukraine, Canada would not have had the most dominate athlete in team sport history= #99 Wayne Gretzky
Love to check this place out. My Ukrainian Canadian family live in Vancouver and Edmonton. 🇨🇦🇺🇦😊
It was an incredible little place - I definitely felt as though I was in Europe, at times.
I live in Manitoba and have traveled all over the province. And Dauphin has been one of my most favorite cities in Manitoba ever since.
It's a pretty great city!

I'm always curious what it is like living in these remote small towns are like. I guess that's why I enjoyed Corner Gas lol
Small prairie towns are truly the soul of Canada! 😎
There’s really nothing to see. But it’s cool to walk around by 7 eleven
The older church is usually used for school concerts and weddings
Very cool! 👍

It is only about 4 hours from Winnipeg.
Depends how fast you drive and what route you take. I’d say 3-4 hours 👍
We also have the smallest mall in canada lol
Really?! It didn't seem too terribly small, but I'll take your word for it! 😂

Six hours to Winnipeg? Yeah maybe when I’m huffing glue which is common here in dauphin where I’m from
I took the long route through the Interlake / Gimli. Stay healthy!
Is this a resort city like Gimli ?
No, just a regular prairie town
