No wonder your parents don't want to leave, their house is beautiful.

Your parent’s home is beautiful! I understand why they don’t want to move. I hope, though, that the move went well and they are settling into their new home. Thank you for the tour. I very nosily wanted to get a peak under the fence and through the gate at your old patio, but you were very good and didn’t look. 😀. Dollywood is in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains are very beautiful, but I don’t think mid to late November is the best time. If you could go in the Autumn (sometime in October) when the leaves are changing colors, it’s stunning then. As far as a road trip from central Florida in mid November, have you ever been to New Orleans? It’s a good time to go there because the heat and humidity are good then and it’s my favorite food in the entire country. Another thought might be to head south and drive through the Keys. Of course, Santa Fe, New Mexico, (which, if you haven’t been, you should) and a lot of the national parks in Utah, such as Zion which is my favorite (but there are several fairly close together and I have been to them in November and it was nice), are beautiful that time of year and that would put you closer to Las Vegas. Whatever you decide, I hope you have a wonderful time. I think you should keep the pretty turquoise and purple wrap. Those are your colors and it will look nice with solid colors like you showed.

P.S. your burger and fries reminded me of another vlog i watched yesterday. Iwan (YT channel: Mr Carrington) went to Brussels for one night on the train (he lives in London) and at the end of his vlog, he had a set lunch that came with the most delicious looking frites I have ever seen. Of course you expect frites to be good in Belgium; I just thought I will probably never in my life get to eat fries as delicious as those looked. 😂

Your folks home is lovely, was this where you grew up? On another note, do you watch Arrow Hill Cottage? I think you would like her.

No, I grew up in Sydney. They moved next door to us when we moved into our house 20 years ago. I think I've come across that channel before but I will go check it out - thanks for the recommendation.

It's definitely our plan to visit Dollywood on this trip. We have extra time - which we don't normally have. We are enjoying Jackie's trip across the USA too. If Kevin doesn't get the go ahead for the converence we might do something similar as we have flights home from LAX.

Can't Christy come up and stay to look after the dogs while you have the infusion.
