Remember, all hadith was orally transmitted first & then written down on paper hundreds of year later.
After hundred of years later, This chain of transmission of Hadith was accepted as authentic by consensus= Sahi Asnads like Bukhari & Muslim etc.
If today you get a hadith of any kind (like the age of Ayesha when she got engaged or married to Prophet) from these books, you must believe in this, because this hadith has been repeated from generation to generation as truth no matter what.
How Hadith is collected hundred years of death of Prophet: ''I heard it from this & that sahabah & told to me by my father, his father, from grandfather, from great grand-father, who heard from Sahaba, who finally heard from the Prophet'.
You must trust everyone in that chain of command in Hadith transmission: travel back in time to reach the source.
You cannot question the Validity & reliability of who told what, when & why?
A lot of Ahadith were concocted & cocked up in-between that chain over the centuries for various reasons.

Your narrations were orally transmitted and banned in the years of Abu bakr and Umar and the bann was lifted many years later. But our narrations were written down by the loyal companions and studente of the prophet Muhammad sawa and the ahlalbayt as.

Allah says in Quran that Allah himself takes the responsibility for the protection of Quranic text, how come shia's can invent the theory that some Quranic text has been lost?

Indeed, they have a number of authentic narrations reported by al-Bukhari, Muslim, and others that prove the distortion of the holy Quran. These include:
Umar once sat on the pulpit and said: “Allah sent Muhammad with the truth and revealed the Holy Book to him, and among what Allah revealed, was the verse of stoning. We did recite this verse, understood it and memorized it. Allah’s Apostle did carry out the punishment of stoning and so did we after him. I am afraid that after a long time has passed, somebody will say: ‘By Allah, we do not find the verse of stoning in Allah’s Book.’ And thus they will go astray by leaving an obligation which Allah has revealed. Then we used to recite among the verses in Allah’s Book: ‘O people! Do not claim to be the offspring of other than your fathers, as it is disbelief (ungratefulness) on your part that you claim to be the offspring of other than your real father.
      Sahih al-Bukhari, volume 8,

Aisha (may the wrath of Allah be upon her) said:
The verse of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my bed. When the Messenger of Allah expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a domestic animal entered and ate away the paper.
Musnad Ahmad, volume 6, page 269
Furthermore, amongst their scholars who believed in the distortion of the Quran, is anonymously mentioned in the following statement of Muhammad-al-Madani’s (one of their scholars in al-Azhar University):
One Egyptian scholar in 1948 wrote a book entitled ‘Al Furqan’ in which he copied many of these traditions (i.e. traditions on the distortion of the Quran) from the works of Ahl’ul Sunnah. Should we on this basis conclude that the Ahl’ul Sunnah do not believe that the Qur’an is complete? Or should we on account of these traditions which were copied by someone or written in such and such book by such and such a person, adopt the viewpoint that the Ahl’ul Sunnah believe that the Qur’an is incomplete?

@hammad7860 first of all none of the hadeeth says that all manuscript lost. Secondly, huffaz always remembered the Quran cover to cover. Third and for most, there is a mathematical pattern in the verses of Quran that ensure that none of the verse taken out of it or there wouldn't be any pattern.
If all that cannot change your mind then are you saying that Allah (نعوذبااللہ) failed to protect Quran? How flawed your belief is?
