I didn't got a mail for primers training after the open house meeting meeting. i got a offer letter from accenture for PADA Role on november 11th and per onborading training has to start on 20th of november,but till now no update about the traning, i already sended Non-Disclosure Agreement-New that "i agree" for 3 times towards Tech Expressway Program ,it's already been 21 days since my open house meeting held. I E-mailed them and raised ticket too but no reply. what i have to do?
Hello, I got my offer letter on Nov 15th 2024 and warm welcome mail on Nov 22nd 2024..also got New Tech Expressway program mail... I replied to the mail by "I agree".. after that i didn't get any update.. It had to start on Nov 20.. I didn't get any credential nothing regarding the program

My interview was on 18 October and i got interview selection mail on 12 November , On 15 November i got a call from Accenture saying that i have a mismatch issue in the initial of my name in the pan card and told me to update my pan card and re submit it and got a link to update it in workday portal. I got my updated e pan card on 12/12 and submitted it on the same day. On 16 December i got another call from Accenture telling that i have name mismatch in workday portal with my pan card and send a link to update my name and the next day my name in workday portal got updated . On 19 December i got bgv mail, But in the bgv portal the pan card is already uploaded and it is the old pan card which i had uploaded during applying for the role. Is there any problem if i submit documents for bgv with my old pan card?
It is better to submit with the updated pancard, even if it is already uploaded in the BGv portal. Steps to Take:
1. Check Spam/Promotions Folder:

3. Verify Submission Status:

Politely ask for updates regarding the status of your document verification and any next steps.
