I felt the same way you did about juice when I was younger. It was always a temptation. The difference is I finally gave into it because curiosity got the best of me when I was probably 25. I got a lot bigger and a lot stronger, that much is for sure. But the negative side effects it's had on me since I stopped taking them 15 years ago wasn't really worth it. It was a fun ride but not worth it in the long run. My testosterone levels have always been on the low end ever since I did several cycles back in the day. Never quite recovered. I stopped producing sperm for 5 years which is fine if you don't want kids but I was trying to have them at the time. Not everybody has to go through this but you don't know until you try and buy that point it could be too late. I have a lot of respect for the fact that you have resisted the temptation for so long. There certainly wouldn't be anything wrong if you decided to try it. That's a personal thing. But what impresses me most is the fact that you can be at such a high level without touching the stuff. Just imagine where you would be at right now if you "pulled a Ermes, Levan etc" for a few years. You'd be a beast. I guess it's all about weighing out with the pros and cons. Devon obviously decided the health risks were worth it at his age but not everyone is willing too risk so much for a sporting event. Good luck in you upcoming match!

But after listening to some of your video's, and listening to you on Neil Pickup's channel and others, you're quickly becoming one of my favorite armwrestlers and favorite people in general. Its been nice getting to know you through these videos, and I respect you for your honesty, openness, transparency and candor.

The ONLY real goal is to be the best version of yourself. We are the best, the PERFECTLY ballanced adversaries to ourselves. The literally PERFECT opponent. That you can win NO DOUBT against, but you also have to putr work to achieve that win.
All thats left is how do you wanna win, by how much, and how convincingly. Thats all.
And you also cant lie to yourself. You allways know, if you win, you know 100% if you could win better, win more, if you put more work. You allways know if you could do it better.

I did the sprint....peer pressure got me and a lack of parents / stability.
If your going to do it , accept one day you have to pay the butcher back . And it costs a lot.
John is still pulling with a little help from science due to his love of the sport, just enough to keep him in it
Ermes / Levan made a deal with a bad butcher and best hope his office is not the hospital.

I’ve always thought that using anything excessively to gain strength or muscle would result in losing a large % of either when you stop or use less. That includes PED’s, creatine and protein shakes. I do drink protein shakes occasionally, mainly to replace sweets and ice cream. But I’ve never been tempted to try steroids, testosterone (I’m grand master class) or creatine because I also want to see what “I can do”.

Never understood how people think gaining 40-50 pounds of muscle in less than a year is "normal".
Especially when they looked like Peter Griffin before with no foundation.
I remember being young and my older brother and uncles would tell me that gaining a pound or two of muscle in a month is very hard and only possible if you grind your ass off and eat accordingly.
And even then you aren't guaranteed gains that fast.

Re-watched all your vids a while back and the more well thought out the ideas become, I feel like theres chapters from all the angles it can be looked at and applied i.e ( (health concerns from starting and banging early vs the longevity/benefits of letting the body adapt naturally over time )(phycological differences and implications/repercussions of each like related to the longer dedicated route vs the short indulgence route)( the promotional side with inherent incentives/motivations to encourage the unhealthy behavior for 'clout' and momentary success etc)) to this and enough to do it if you wanted to put the thoughts on paper.

If you're genuinely 168 ng/dl you would know, trust me. I've been in the high 300s and it's already aching joints, ED, washed out physique, less energy etc. 168 ng/dl would be full on hypogonadal, you'd feel like absolute dog shit. Unless you've taken Steroids or sarms or have testicle cancer, it's extremely unlikely that you're below where I was when you're only 30, especially without all the symptoms. You could probably go into the low 300s if you were very very sick and weren't eating like I was, but 168 is ridiculous.

If you need it… I have just been told that those clinics are happy to jack up your dosing even if you don’t need it as well as I think it’s a loophole for guys to have noticeable physical changes when they’re doing more than a clinical dose. If you really tested, these competitive guys who say they’re just doing TRT I think the real results would be different.

@@RobVigeantRVJ Agreed. Typically it was 1 shot a week and during John's comeback, he said he had 2 vials instead of one. So obviously, he doubled his dose. probably had test levels in the 1000-1500 range (versus normal being like 300-700). That's also probably why he gets pumped up sooo fast.
