This is sad. She didnt deserve his love. She wanted him and strung it along so she could have him. She didnt chose her family, she chose the job and being close to him instead of her husband
Having meals alone is crossing boundaries if with another man other than your husband. Kissing is crossing boundaries. You can’t stay committed then you can’t be trusted. Sharing emotional talk with someone not your husband IS CHEATING! To not object to the proposal does tell your husband you have already gotten close to your affair partner. During the trial she was not committed to her husband. She could have not even had a drink or danced. But she tempted fate and did both. Four hours from home but hmmmmm. She knows she cannot hide the feelings from her husband yet chooses to destroy something solid for a closeness that will not last. Only a conquest! No respectful husbands wants to be plan B. Consequences can free everyone to a new life. APART FOREVER! Oh but sincere love twist. Good story.
This story is missing about a huge piece where she would actually be able to say no to Robert when he returns to the office every once in a while. This should’ve been part of the story her being able to fight her urges against the guy that she says that he is unbelievable, and so magnetic that she couldn’t say no to him, and she would finally be able to say no. But of course these riders do not have that much of a imagination.
