Aquí en Estados Unidos se comen mucho los 🌮 tacos típicos de México. Se hacen así con harina agua sal y manteca , se amasa y se ponen sobre el comal muy parecido a lo que estas haciendo y luego se rellenan de carne o de muchas otras cosas. Muy sabrosos

I would suggest to put the clean banana leaf on the tray and have a clear plastic to cover rice cakes for avoiding dust get into the rice cake.😊 you are a good cook.

What’s the point of the gloves if you’re handling the money with the gloves on then the food 🤷♂️

Food safe handling...if we use gloves for handling food , that's good...but make sure if we receive money, and use the same glove in touching / handling food, it's unsanitary now...there are two options in handling/selloong food: No.1/ there's should be other person who is handling food AND, another person receiving the money. No.2/ if we are alone handling/selling food...we CAN USE a bit Longer TONGS, and that's useful in food safe whether packing or selling!
