It looked like she was limping for quite awhile when she walked. It must not have healed very well from the last time. It has a tendency to flair up again.

Es urgente una visita al médico porque tienes una lección que no se te curará solo con reposo y hierbas, requieres usar una bota que te inmobilice el tobillo por un bien tiempo y no cargar peso, es delicado no dejar que este tipo de lecciones se sanen totalmente porque se convierten en una dolencia permanente. Tengalo en cuenta, de lo contrario terminara con una lección permanente. Saludos desde Colombia.

plastic water bottle and get cold waste
from the pond and place it against
your foot/ankle for about 5 minutes,
then switch to a heat pack, that helps

helps as well! Plus…next time Nhat
comes over, be sure she checks the
water for the chicks! I saw her son
give them food but not water.

Elevate your swollen leg on pillows. If you’re sitting on chair elevate your legs on pillows. Apply pressure bandage to restrict movement on your ankle.

Vaya soy la primera en poner un comentario??la familia Kong y tú os lleváis muy bien cosa que no pasa con el otro hermano, los seguidores notamos que pasa algo aunque digas que no... que todo está bien.Yo particularmente he visto que el otro hermano no ha estado ayudando ni a Kong ni a tí cuando se le ha necesitado se les ve muy presumidos, cierto es que ellos trabajan muy bien y son muy horganizados.

@@ЛюдмилаЖайкова-е7иа что и где читать и не нужно..просто Дау сын ее отца от другой женщины..и понятно что просто ревность к такому положению дел не даёт покоя самолюбию дочки .да жизнь прожить не поле перейти..а мальчик прошел жизненный путь и ферма чистая и строит красиво не тяп ляп.жена хорошая и обустраиваются налаживая быт.Но ревность плохой советчик кто бы ты не был..ревность к общению ее отца к его сыну.
