- Becky is furious to learn Amber has kept Stephanie's stroke from her. Amber is upset when Rick is too tired to take pictures with the baby for Becky. Adam refuses to let Kimberly go to Paris, but Kimberly goes anyway. Becky decides to do whatever she can to protect her son.

Oh no! Jessica's diabetes got Becky.
Even though I don't really care for the Amber and Becky storyline, it's still FAR more interesting than watching Jessica and Maggie at least.
The interaction across time and space between the seasons now applies not only to story themes but even illnesses are contagious. Maybe that's why they don't show Season 9. They wanted to save Becky from the Tragic Young Woman Illness. Alas, they were too late.
And Amber's two front braids got to Becky also. Equally as tragic! 😂

In CJ's place I would have instead addressed the failed Thorne-Macy wedding that Rick had missed and if Rick has talked to his brother Thorne or can explain his big brother's actions to Macy's brother.

He is with his grandparents (Becky's parents)
Probably the same place Jack is (Brooke’s son who seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth)
