Why would you want to close the gap between who you are and who you’re capable of becoming? Why would you want to have more positive impact on the people in your life?
@@JonathanFanning Well said. I was just being provocative because I feel you're only addressing half of a good leadership development plan. There is no focus with out will, there is no feedback without focus. Tools are inert without motivation, and there is no universal motivation to "become better". I'm glad you're so strongly convinced of your own motivations, but it's important to understand that they are not "givens" in others. As a leadership development coach, I deal daily with people to don't care about much about self-development, and won't make use of any tools they are given... because why should they? The first part of the job is to get people to tap into their "why", then give them the tools to actualise it. Do you have any videos that tap into this?
@@JonathanFanning Not bad. It illustrates the power of having a purpose, but nothing else. Most people need a Morpheus moment to really wake up the idea that things could be different... and probably should.
Thank you!
You bet!
Very valuable, clarifying, and inspiring. Thank You!
I love how simple you make it. Focus and feedback. Not 15 steps or 12 steps.
Thanks, Amy!Too many experts try to make this complicated. It may not be easy, but the process is simple, isn't it?Jonathan

Good talk Mr Fanning
@@javedsultan4830 thank you!
Thank you a lot
but Jon, WHY should I want to become a better leader than I am today?
