You’re absolutely right. I thought maybe he wouldn’t intervene because he was a nurse of physical health other than mental. I’m not sure I think he was deep in his own storyline with his new love interest and her family drama.

Chloe Allan her mum thinks she did just bc she knew she had a problem with food but ngl i dont believe she did. She clearly didnt look right after eating
yall really don’t know anything, sarah didn’t know she was pregnant here, nor did gail. yes it could possibly have been morning sickness but she had forced herself to vomit because she didn’t want to eat, she had stated this at the doctors right before she found out she was pregnant
