I honestly 100% agree with you. I was very busy with music and school so I tried to keep it light and it works. You know how? 1. I clean my room and try to keep it that way 2. I organize my school work and took it step by step *slowly* 3. I take a couple of breaks to do breathing exercises (it helps to calm down stress and anxiety) 4. I make my bed to make me feel good 5. I've been slacking on my routine since I've had two weeks off from work. I need to get back into gear and start making some traction again towards my deadlines, goals and upcoming trips. I don't think I could wake up at 5am but 6am seem easier. Loving the cosy environment.
You don't need a big study set up To study for hours it's the motivation that helps either you have a great study set up or not You just has to have self discipline she also has problems of her own nobody's life is perfect

To be honest but this video is very productive. As a high school (freshman) student, I'm trying to change my morning routine to very productive morning. I only eat breakfast at school so I can catch up on other schoolwork but I don't do any schoolwork before I leave. I want it to be easy and productive.
