    How much do you pay your sales representatives? How much do you pay your estimators? What percentage of both, is deducted/included, in your overall expense/profit margin?

      Sales around 7%. Sales and estimators is the same thing. Production managers around 7% as well. Marketing is 3-10%.
      50% goes to subcontractor for labor and materials, the rest is overhead. Goal is to make 20%+ no matter how big the business gets.

      Haha. I don't even know if that stat is accurate for sure. Someone else told it to me years ago. The point is the same though! Systems!!
