The people, BEFORE, the governments in America existed, were the ones who created the constitutions filled with the HIGHEST LAWS that BIND all government servants. Constitutions are CONTRACTS, they are Express, Trust Indentures. They are compacts. So gov. servants that fail to do what is mandatory in them and or DO what is prohibitory in them are in Breach of Trust. There are penalties that come because of Breach of trust. The people are the ones that SENT their REPRESENTATIVES to be in their place, to be their agents, to be their SUBSTITUTES as though the people WERE THERE THEMSELVES and sent them to write the documents we know as Constitutions to make sure that those the people would hire to do the express list of things to do, would do them in a way that would NOT infringe or trespass against ANY of their individual inherent rights. The people wrote that ALL their individual, inherent rights are reserved and excepted OUT of the general powers they were granting to gov. to allow them to function for the people's benefit. They made it easy for unfaithful gov. servants to be removed for Maladministration and or for treason. Read all Bill of Rights and Declaration of rights and see what is written that MUST NEVER BE TRESPASSED by government servants, directly or indirectly. Justice Gorsuch wrote a book "Over Ruled" where he spills the beans about what government is doing. Justice Gorsuch could have and should have explained the difference between the Sovereign people's HIGHEST LAWS in our nation and servant-made-laws written by gov. servants or their agents that MUST BE in pursuance of of our constitutions or else they are VOID. VOID laws never acquired force of law so they were simple scribbles on paper that are NOT laws. So, void laws should have never been used as "laws" against the people. Redress of grievances are owed to the people. Remember, the people's rights are guaranteed by government servants that they will be protected and never trespassed by them directly or indirectly. No gov. agency has authority of law to trespass against the people's rights guaranteed in our constitutions that they will be protected.
