your name is dependant entirely on who is asking. . My Daughter calls me Dad. My mum calls me son, my wife calls me many different things. If a legal entity being paid for their time calls you by a name and you accept that by responding, then you are deemed to be responsible for that name in those circumstances.
Because responding to a name means you have consented to be called and so in that instant you are owned by the caller . That is the joinder.

I had an uncle that did something similar. Except he corporatized his lower case real name and then created a billion dollar debt against himself so that according to him he purchased himself and that any money he made he had to repay that debt to himself "the corporation of his proper name", and thus the all capital letters name that the government gave you to tax you now becomes 2nd place in the repayment of that debt. So essentially he purchased himself by creating a debt that can never be fully repaid. And from the time he came back from Vietnam war until the day he died a couple years ago he never paid income tax. He lived on cash, and only kept a minimum balance in a couple banks so he could cash checks, owned his own business and never paid taxes. It prevented him from doing some things like buying a house but he didn't care, always bought 5th wheels and motorhomes and rented property to park them on in a couple different States. That's why the govt really wants to get rid of cash.

I found my own much easier way of stepping out of the System. (That of course will probably have consequences...)
I travel 9 months a year through europe. And l am in the Netherlands during 3 'summer' months. In the Netherlands you will have to unwrite yourself if you leave the country for more than 8 months. Is the law.
I am now registrated as a non-inhabitant.
I live from my own money and so l do not need anything of our government, I live as a free bird. Doing exactly what l like. What is always in full respect of nature and my fellow humans.
And because they made the rule that l must inwrite from the town consul l stopped paying taxxes like road taxxes and all other ones. Because 9 months of the year l do not drive on Dutch roads. And if you have a hybrid or electric car you do not have to pay road taxxes in the Netherlands. While these or much havier than my old petrol car. And more poluting, because of their batteries! (Not to forget about the childeren being slaves in the mines digging up cobalt etc)
So taking my own well overthought decisions and responsibility, not wanting to sponsor the evil elitian warmongering psychopaths l stopped funding them!😊😊

Everyone should change their name to No Longer At This Address.
It can be done, but it's a hard road
It takes going to the high courts to get on the witness stand. You need to get in front of a Judge that represents the King.
Bring your birth certificate as evidence and declare as an affidavit that you are the estates attorney of record and that you are a man of flesh and blood and that you parents are x and y. The BC is not you, it is a fiction and was given to you by the King for you to administrate, to give it energy. You are not both and cannot be both in court.
Then you give back your usufruct interest and usufructuary obligations and duties. Also you need to give back all your reversionary interests. And all future earnings, 100%, the named person x written on the bc is to be given to HMRC.
Then, you start issuing your directives to the court's clerk.
You make an offer to remove all debts, as the King cannot hold debt.
You instruct the clerk to do a full accounting. Also, you need to nominate the Exchequer as your tax accountant. And then instruct the tax accountant to make your person an employee of HMRC. A permanent attorney of record.
You also need to create a bond to credit your estate's credit account. This needs to be given to the Treasury and HMRC need to be made aware of this via a disposition of securities process.
This will end up with you having direct access to your credit account in real time.
You will also be exempt from all laws as you are the beneficiary and the country is your trustee. However, you can play the trustee role whenever you like. For instance, whenever you carry out a finacial transaction.
Once you have a mind set change. It's not that hard to leave. You just need ro stand up and tell the King how it is.
I think that system has gone now anyway. That's why we are able to discuss it.
Just recently a man in Launceston, Northern Tasmania, Australia said in court he does not recognise the name the court knew him by - and the magistrate dismissed the case.... it made me wonder.... look the case up in the Launceston Examiner news paper.

In England you are allowed to go by any name you chose. It used to be common for people to go by one of their middle names. You can get a 'deed poll' to simplify things when dealing with bureaucracy, but it is not a legal requirement.
In fact with all the weird foreign names now in the UK, it is very common for people to adopt a name other than that they were born to -- many people go by multiple names, not necessarily for dubious reasons.
People need to know this and assert this right, else they will be gas lit into conformity with the wishes of the 'elite'.
Your alias name still points to the registration number-the global identifier.
Your BC is not evidence of your identity, and it clearly says that on the one I hold.

if they ask your name and the policy officer is wearing a uniform as of course they do... then ask "are you asking for my name on the berth certificate?", you then point out that it states on the BC that it is "Crown Copyright" and ask if they are encouraging you to commit copyright fraud... not exactly sure but i've heard 5 years is the sentence for a policy officer in uniform if they commit or take part in Fraud..... @wethinkweknowitall nope. Only the trustee and or beneficiary can enter the courts. If you enter evidence as the principal, it won't make it to court as evidence. But if you have an affidavit claiming to be the Principal and you provide evidence, the court case will collapse.

There needs to be more "lateral thinking" around this subject. I believe there are legal minds out there who can shed more light on this issue and how we can take back our sovereignty in a way we don't "cross" the government m̶a̶f̶i̶a̶ employees. If you want to try to get OUT of the system that has you tied in from birth, when you are registered, and that name is Crown Copyright, I don't think that by changing your name that would disavow you from being in the system. This is because you have to go through the process of changing your name FROM your registered one---so it is not isolated from it.
If you were NOT registered at birth, then that is a different story.

Nope. All registration, bills, fines, summons, court orders and more are financial instruments held in a government securities account. They are all securities and therefore held in trust, the contract. The contract is held by the government, which makes them the lien holder. You are the one holding the security. You are the Entitlement Holder without a Security Entitlement. This isn't good. You want to be the Entitlement Holder with a security entitlement. To do that, you need to indorse the security certificate back to the lien holder. Declare your interest in the security contract and then release it back. It's now a new contract now being held by your securities intermediary. The government is now your trustee, and all you need to do is instruct the trustee to perform.

I've just come out of hospital ( emergency gallbladder removal) and during my eight day stay, I had to give my full name every time I was given pain relief and antibiotics. So. Good look to those people who want to go down this route. I understand the principle behind what she is doing, but it seems a bit pointless to me.

You were not giving your own name, but the name of your trust, so they could assign the costs to it. You can be the beneficiary and benefit from your trust, just add bene. At the end of your name.
I don't have a name, but I was given a name (an ID) at birth. Before the age of around 2 years of age, I knew nothing of a name, I didn't know a "me" or "myself" as I didn't think I was an individual, because I didn't have thoughts. I didn't recognize any other names or recognise other things as separate, and I had no concept of a past or future. Before the age of 2, there were No thoughts at all, so no past or future!! So what changed? I learnt language!!!! Through language I suddenly learnt I had a name, I realized I had a "me", so I became an individual "person". Through language I realized a world of different things, and different others apart from this "me" thought.
The first thoughts at around 2 yo started with the learning of language and through thoughts past and a concept of a future started from there. Previously, before the age of 2, I had non of these things, I was just pure Being, just consciousness.
And that's what we all ARE beyond thoughts, pure one-ness, pure consciousness, joy and Bliss. This world is nothing but THOUGHTS, thoughts of a "me", of "them" of "others".. Thoughts of a past, thoughts of a future, religions, country, language.. all thoughts built up over the years, layer upon layer.

That struck a chord of memory from my childhood - people, where I grew up, were mostly referred to by their name and what they did - Murdo the ferry, Calum the bus etc etc. I still hear it occasionally, but less so nowadays..except in my address book/phone numbers. Almost every entry is styled that way and I've never given it a thought before.
As someone once said in a video a while back, there are no surnames in the Bible. In those times you were only known by your given name and maybe a location, as in Jesus of Nazareth.

It is very interesting... but how would we manage without a bank account or somewhere to live - for example someone like myself who's getting on a bit with health issues and I need to rent my home? I'd be happy to give back my birth certificate if there was plenty of information on how to live with out stress, without that name.

I believe its both important and inevitable we go back to being governed as living men and women under natural/common law instead of as persons under commercial law, but we arent there yet. The BC is a receipt that you have equity on deposit in the system ... the problem is the Attorneys and Bankers are stealing that equity and do not return it to you. As for licensing, The proper thing to do is to return the 'UK' Drivers Licence to the Department of Transport and rescind your signature attached to it..along with a Notice that expresses your intent to rescind and dissolve said agreement. The Licence is for 'Traffic' in the UK, not the land mass known as Great Britain. Cancel the insurance for that UK registered Vehicle, remove the registration plates and notify the Police what you are doing and why.... not easy is it, not just because the Police are out of control but because you cannot gain employment in many cases without that UK Drivers Licence... which is nota true agreement but savours of undue influence.

Opting out sounds all well and good - a lot of people think it is a way of not paying tax. Fine.
