    Love this! My morning routine is great but my evening routine needs some refining- this is helpful! I go to bed early well but would love to develop activities in the evening that are peaceful.

    Yeah, I usually take a cold shower in the morning to wake up ( ha ha ) then a bath at night to relax. Probably too much but I really enjoy it!

    Hi Katie-I sometimes will take a morning shower as well as a nightly. You're right-morning showers wake you up and make you feel good. Nightime showers relax me-ha! I do not go on social media in the evenings; I've actually taken a step back from it, and I've noticed that my anxiety has decreased. I also like to cross-stich. You'll love Uninvited!     I watch something calming on TV, nature, something beautiful. I love reading, that helps. The devotionals are an awesome idea. I also put on fireplace crackling sounds and rain, when I do go to sleep. That being said, have you seen the videos from well known deliverance minister Derek Prince? Please consider it. Sometimes Katie, we just need to be delivered of some things and that's okay. We love you and you're an amazing person and God is leading you to abundant life more and more.     I have never met another person who takes mascara off like I do! I love that for us, it works so well! I also love taking a rinse off shower at night and putting some good lotion on but also have to shower every morning and wash my hair😂

      😂… “suum cuique!” … you know everyone’s skin is different yeh!? We all have different hair, different skin, different digestion, different tastes… one shower for some a week, one shower for some everyday, two showers for some everyday … it’s all good.. 👍
