Interesting to hear your thoughts on all quiet on the western front as I have recently hauled that one in and I don't really read many war novels either anymore, and they have to be very unique to hook me in. And I think hearing people talking about it so much has made me intrigued by it. Ooh, I have strong female character so hearing you didn't love it has me like 👀
